We want to offer you great experiences on a fair and honest basis!

To avoid misunderstandings on all sides, we have collected answers for a wide range of questions on our services here for you.

Terms applying to push.conference

1. Ticket Cancellation

Tickets for push.conference are non-refundable once purchased.

2. Ticket Transfer

You have a ticket but can't attend any more? Get in touch with us! While it is not possible to cancel tickets (see above), you can transfer your ticket to another person of your choice.

Please note that only the person named on the ticket will be granted access to the conference, so you have to contact us if you want to pass your ticket to someone else.

For organisational reasons you must submit name changes no later than 7 days prior to the conference!

3. Event Cancellation

In case of low numbers of registrations, we may have to change the date of or cancel the event or single event days.

In case of a full cancellation of the event, the full ticket price will be refunded to you. In case of the cancellation of single event days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

We do not take responsibility for any further costs involved in the postponement or cancellation of the event, such as hotel or travel cancellation fees.

4. Program Changes

Sometimes announced speakers get sick or - much better - become parents unforeseen. We will of course do our best to find a fitting replacement. With your registration you accept that changes in the line up are no cause for a refund (full or partial) on the ticket price.

5. Accessibility

Please let us know in advance if you want to attend our event and have any special needs concerning access or other details. We will do our best to accomodate you!

6. Documentation

We reserve the right to be shooting video including audio and taking images during the event. This is probably also in your interest, as we plan to release a selection of the documentation after the event!

With your registration you grant us the right to use this material for documentation and future marketing purposes. If you get tickets for a colleague, please double check for their approval, as access to the conference is bound to acceptance of these terms and conditions!

7. Payment

Ticketing and registration is handled by an external ticketing partner.

All amounts are subject to the German MwSt (VAT) of currently 19%, which is displayed seperately in the invoice.

If the due payment does not receive us before the event date, you will not be able to attend the conference. You will still have a legally binding obligation to pay the full amount.

8. Data Policy

We care about your personal data!
That's why we will never sell it or give it away without your permission.

Please be aware that we use 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics, google+, Facebook and Twitter on our website. If you are logged into your respective accounts, these 3rd parties may be able to collect data of your visit and connect it to your personal account(s).

9. Applicable Law

Local court is Munich.

10. Severability Clause

Any amendments to these terms must be in writing in order to be valid. This applies also to the abrogation and the amendment of this written form requirement.

If any provision of these terms is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continues to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The parties agree to replace an invalid and/or unenforceable provision with a valid and/or enforceable provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid and/or unenforceable provision.

Terms applying to push.workshops

1. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings for our workshops are to be made by email and are a legally binding commitment to pay.

For some workshops, a minimum number of participants can be set by us as necessary for the workshop to take place. This will be communicated in the workshops online description.

We will confirm the workshop to all participants with bookings by mail no later than 20 days before the workshop date, if the required minimum number of participants has been reached. Only then will you be issued an invoice for the workshop fee. If you wish to cancel your booking before the workshop has been confirmed, your cancellation will be subject to the general conditions stated below.

2. Seat Transfer

You you have booked a workshop seat, but can't attend any more? Get in touch with us! While cancellation is not possible, you may transfer your seat to another person.

Please note that only the person registered with us will be granted access to the workshop, so you have to contact us if you want to pass your seat to someone else!

For organisational reasons you must submit changes no later than 7 days prior to the workshop date!

3. Cancellation of a Booking

Bookings can not be cancelled, but you may pass your seat on to somebody else (see above).

4. Postponement or Cancellation of a Workshop

It may happen that a workshop cannot take place on the planned date due to sickness or other unforeseen events. For this case we have to reserve the right to postpone or cancel a workshop.

If a workshop has to be postponed, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

If a workshop has to be cancelled by us, you will be given a full refund.

We cannot take responsibility for any further costs involved in the postponement or cancellation of a workshop, such as hotel or travel cancellation fees.

5. Documentation

We reserve the right to be shooting video including audio and taking images during the event. This is probably also in your interest, as we plan to release a selection of the documentation after the event.

With your registration you grant us the right to use this material for documentation and future marketing purposes.

6. Payment

If you registered for a workshop, we will send you an invoice by email no later than 20 days before the workshop date. With it, we send along our bank details, as all payments are to be made to our bank account. Cash payment or payment by credit card is not possible. Invoice amounts must be payed within 7 days of issue, otherwise additional fees apply.

All amounts are subject to the German MwSt. (VAT) of currently 19% (subject to chance without notice), which is displayed seperately in the invoice.

In any case you have to transfer the workshop fee so that it receives our bank account no later than one day before the workshop takes place. If the due payment does not receive us before the workshop date, you will not be able to attend the workshop. This case will be treated like any cancellation arriving us later than 15 days prior to the workshop, leaving your legally binding obligation to pay the full amount intact.
